Adler Murphy & McQuillen LLP  has valuable experience representing government and military contractors in products liability and other tort litigation across the country.   Indeed, we are familiar with the unique aspects of representing manufacturers in cases where a product designed or built to the specification of the government or armed forces is alleged to have resulted in a person's death or injury.  In addition to our extensive experience defending the design and manufacturing processes, the firm also maintains a plethora of knowledge and experience asserting legal defenses to products liability claims asserted against government and military contractors.   The firm's breadth of experience includes litigation of the government contractor defense, the trade secrets doctrine, the political question doctrine and other federal defenses, ultimately resulting in favorable dispositions or settlements for aircraft component manufacturers.
