At Adler Murphy & McQuillen LLP, we
work at the forefront of several legally and technically complex
fields, and our clients trust us to defend them against complex and
nuanced claims. Because of this, our practice is ever
growing, and our summer program is designed to attract summer
associates who are eager to learn and grow, are dedicated to the
legal profession, and have a commitment to exceptional client
service. We look for summer associates who are enthusiastic, seek
challenge and work collaboratively with others. As a civil
litigation and trial firm, we gather work from all of our practice
areas to assign to our summer associates. Assignments provided to
summer associates are wide-ranging and include the following:
-
Researching legal issues and preparing memoranda on wide variety
of legal issues throughout U.S. and foreign jurisdictions;
-
Assisting in deposition and trial preparation; and
-
Drafting pleadings and trial level briefs in both state and
federal courts.
Our associate summer program provides law students with a
complete view of our practice areas and overall culture of the
Firm. It also allows our summer associates to gain a working
knowledge of our Firm, our clients and expectations for new
attorneys, with the prospect of being hired as an Associate
Attorney after the completion on law school.
If you would like to be considered for our summer program,
please email a cover letter, resume, and transcript to our Hiring Partner. Your resume
will be reviewed whether or not we are hiring and will be retained
for further review once we have an opening.
