Attorney Profile

Christine Niemczyk is a partner at Adler Murphy & McQuillen LLP who has focused her entire career on aviation litigation.  Her practice is concentrated on defending commercial and cargo airlines against personal injury and property damage claims, and assisting those clients in navigating through the extensive legal and regulatory issues that arise out of domestic and international air travel operations. In addition to her work with airlines, Christine has also defended aviation component manufacturers against claims arising out of aviation accidents worldwide, including lawsuits alleging wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury and complex product liability. She has obtained numerous dismissals and judgments on behalf of clients in both state and federal courts throughout the country, has extensive experience preparing large aviation cases for trial, and has successfully defended several favorable trial court rulings on appeal in multiple jurisdictions.

While her practice is focused on aviation matters, Christine also has broad experience handling claims involving professional liability and construction defects, as well as director and officer liability, homeowner and condominium association liability, and non-profit corporate liability.  She has also completed extensive insurance coverage and business strategy analyses to advise clients in their defenses.
