Attorney Profile

Ken Ross began his career in the legal arena and spent twenty years at law firms where he developed aviation related practice groups and was co-chairman of these practice groups at two firms. He specialized in complex products liability related events, including but not limited to, commercial airline accidents, air travel both domestically and internationally, aerospace manufacturers and airports.

After his work in the private legal sector, Ken transitioned to the corporate aviation sector for close to ten years where he became the President of One Aviation, Inc., and the President of Eclipse Aerospace Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of One Aviation.  Ken is a highly experienced and seasoned corporate aerospace executive with over 30 total years of industry experience.  Ken is recognized as a trusted advisor and counselor to many of the nation's premier airshow pilots and executives, aerospace insurance companies, insurance executives, aircraft manufacturers, air carriers and corporate flight departments.  He routinely consults with private equity firms and various banks and lending institutions on aviation matters.

Ken has a proven track record in leading multiple companies in the design and implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures which have resulted in optimizing the company's economic growth in such disciplines as supply chain and asset utilization, while reducing logistic costs, and improving sales and customer service to the end user.  His unique insight and experience in the aerospace arena has assisted airframe and component part manufacturers in reducing their general and products liability exposure, while at the same time improving the overall customer experience.
