Attorney Profile

Christine Niemczyk is an associate with Adler Murphy & McQuillen LLP. She joined the firm in 2007 and began her practice focusing on defending product liability claims in national and international aviation disasters. Christine continues to handle wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims, as well as physical injury and property damage claims asserted against national and regional clients. In the past year, Christine has successfully obtained dismissals and summary judgments in favor of airlines pursuant to federal law, numerous state laws, and international treaties.

In law school, Christine was an editor of the John Marshall Law Review, as well as the Presiding Barrister of the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Board. She also competed in several national mock trial and moot court competitions. Prior to starting at Adler Murphy & McQuillen LLP, Christine externed for the Honorable Wayne R. Andersen (ret.) in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
