Attorney Profile

Brittany Christianson is an associate at Adler Murphy & McQuillen LLP. She concentrates her practice in aerospace litigation and disputes defending product liability claims in aviation incidents, including personal injury and property damage claims asserted against national and regional aviation clients.

Brittany obtained her B.A. in Politcal Science from Loyola University Chicago in 2017, graduating magna cum laude, and earned her J.D. from Loyola in 2020. In law school, she was a member of the Honors Appellate Advocacy Program and competed on the National Hispanic Bar Association Team in 2019 and 2020. In 2019, Brittany and her teammate were named national semi-finalists and finished third place overall at the Hispanic National Bar Association's Uvaldo Herrera Moot Court Competition in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Brittany also served as the President of the Latino Law Students Association and as Associate Editor of Loyola's International Law Review. She also worked as a research assistant and student clinician for Loyola's Legislation and Policy Clinic, in which she co-authored the policy institute report, Incapable of Criminal Inent: The Case for Setting a Minimum Age of Criminal Responsibility in Illinois.
